Contact Centre
We have two Contact Centers, one is in Ostrava and another is in Frýdek-Místek. The goal of their work is reducing risks connected with drug taking and also improvement quality of clients life.
The basic principle of their work is:
- „low threshold“
- anonymity
- willingness
- authority of free will
- individual approach to client
- public access to the service
The Centers also provide this services:
- basic medical and hygienic services
- arrange treatment
- motivate for making the change
- counseling for clients, parents and relatives
- social work
- crisis intervention, etc.
All services are anonymous and free of charge.
