Therapeutic Community Čeladná

WHO WE ARE:

 -  Renarkon community is a residential rehabilitative device for the drug addicted with the treatment duration of 6-12 months.
 -  Therapeutic community Renarkon is a member of Therapeutic communities department at Association of non-public organisations A.N.O.
 -  During 2006 and 2009 our community gained from RVKPP (Government council for the drugs fighting politics coordination) a competence certificate.
 -  In 2007 the community was registrated as a social service provider (according to law n. 108/ 2006 Sb.)

The mission of the community:

Renarkon therapeutic community offers its services to people who decide to finish their drug addiction to be able to return to full-value life.

Service goals:

Our goal is to help the service users to overcome their drug addiction and to find the way to permanent abstinence and then to return to full-value life step by step through  changing their lifestyle, learning how to manage different stress abating, building their self-confidence and taking-over the responsibility for themselves.

The range of persons to whom the service is dedicated:

We offer our help to people addicted on non-alcoholic drugs at the age of 18 and more without making any difference between the sex, race, belief, sexual orientation or political opinion.

The target group:
 - People threatened by addiction or already addicted.
 - People who live their lives in a risky way or people threatened by this way of life.

Age structure of the target group:
  - Young adults (19-26 years of age)
 - Adults (27-64 years of age)


SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE TERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY:

Rehabilitation process draws from the knowledge of bio-psycho-social models of the drug addicted treatment, it is based on group therapy with accent on working therapy. The client passes through 4 stages during his stay, these are created to help the client in his personal rebirth towards the motivation increase (living without any drugs and returning to the society).

  - stress program, relaxation, culture
  - learning new social skills, training the responsibility
  - thematic and educative therapies
  - free time activities

  - relapse prevention
  - abstinence testing (urine tests) and providing the healthcare
  - crisis intervention
  - providing the contact with the following devices
